As a 3M Authorized Dealer, we take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship, clean installations, and outstanding customer service.

We are currently hiring for:

1 Lead Tint Installer / Shop Manager 2 Experienced Tint Installers We are looking for skilled professionals who take pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining professional standards. Lead Installer / Shop ManagerResponsibilities Lead daily tint installation operations and support shop workflow. Ensure installation quality and job completion standards are maintained. Assist with scheduling, organization, and efficiency of shop operations. Train and support team members when needed. Maintain a clean, professional work environment. Communicate professionally with customers and staff. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive window tint installation experience. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to cut, shrink, and install film with precision. Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented. Previous shop management or leadership experience preferred. Sign-On Bonus $1,500 - $2,500 for qualified candidates based on experience and eligibility. Experienced Tint InstallerResponsibilities Perform professional automotive window tint installations. Cut, shrink, and install film on a variety of vehicle types. Deliver clean, high-quality installations with minimal defects. Maintain professional workmanship and efficiency. Assist with additional shop projects when required. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of automotive window tint installation experience. Ability to produce clean, consistent installations. Strong attention to detail. Reliable and professional work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Sign-On Bonus $500 - $1,000 for qualified candidates based on experience and eligibility.
