Duties Prepare vehicles for tinting by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dust, dirt, and debris Measure and cut tinting film precisely to fit different vehicle windows using hand tools and power tools and window tint plotter Apply tint film smoothly onto vehicle windows, ensuring bubble-free, even coverage with attention to detail Use specialized tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and knives to secure the film and eliminate imperfections Perform quality checks on completed installations to ensure durability, proper adhesion, and aesthetic appeal Assist with minor auto glass or auto body repairs when needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge and auto repair skills Maintain a clean workspace and organize tools efficiently for optimal workflow Requirements Prior experience with dealership auto work or automotive customization is highly preferred Knowledge of window tinting techniques, including the use of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) sensors during installations Familiarity with auto glass installation, auto body repair, or vehicle maintenance is a plus Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly processes related to automotive work Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or awkwardly shaped materials Basic understanding of auto estimating processes and automotive repair procedures Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously Join us in delivering top-tier vehicle enhancements that combine style, safety, and performance!
