We specialize in custom security screen door and window solutions that provide protection, airflow, and curb appeal. We're looking for an honest, hardworking installation technician to join our team, with the goal of running solo installations confidently within 2-3 months. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to grow with a company that will invest in them. What You'll Do This role combines hands-on installation work, customer interaction, and day-to-day problem solving.

Responsibilities include:

Perform and assist with security door and screen installations Complete jobs on time and to company quality standards Keep the company vehicle clean, organized, and road-ready Communicate with customers about timing and expectations Be a friendly face for the company when neighbors or passersby ask questions about our products and services while at the job site. Work with the office team to keep scheduling running smoothly Troubleshoot installation issues as they come up Help identify ways to improve installation processes over time The Type of Person Who Thrives Here We're a small team, so fit and attitude matter as much as skill set.

The ideal candidate:

Has some hands-on experience with tools, installations, or construction work Is reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship Understands that clear, friendly communication with customers is just as important as the quality of the installation itself. Is comfortable working independently once trained Stays organized and keeps jobs moving with little oversight Has a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys hands-on work What We Offer Starting pay: $24/hour during the intro period, with pay reviews throughout the training process.
