Paint Protection Film Installer

We're Precision Auto Detailing & Ceramic Coating one of the busiest LLumar paint protection film shops in the Central Valley. We've been serving Stanislaus County for 4+ years with 140+ five-star Google reviews. Our schedule is booked solid with Full Front, Track Pack, and Full Body PPF installs, and we need an experienced installer to keep up with demand.

This is not an entry-level position. If you've never installed PPF, this isn't the right role.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

This role is straight production. No selling, no quoting, no chasing customers — work is already booked, the schedule is queued, and you walk in to install. Plot, weed, and apply LLumar paint protection film on Full Fronts, Track Packs, and Full Body installs Run the plotter independently — pick the correct vehicle pattern, cut, weed, and stage film Prep panels for install (IPA wipe-down, contamination check, panel-by-panel inspection) Wrap edges, tuck under panels, and finish to a defect-free standard Perform quality control on your own work — find and fix issues before the customer sees the vehicle Maintain a clean, organized install bay Communicate with the shop manager on schedule, panel inventory, and any issues during install

WHAT YOU'LL EARN 30

% commission on every install — no cap, no tiers, no games Full Front ($2,000+ ticket) → ~$600+ to you Track Pack ($3,500+ ticket) → ~$1,050+ to you Full Body PPF ($7,000+ ticket) → ~$2,100+ to you Standalone panels and add-ons → same 30% $100 bonus every time a customer leaves a Google review that names you Paid weekly via direct deposit or Cash 1099 independent contractor — no withholdings, no benefits, max take-home per dollar earnedAt our current pace, average installers clear $80K-$95K per year. Top performers stacking Track Packs and Full Body builds break six figures comfortably. These numbers are floors based on work already booked — not promises.

WHAT YOU NEED

(hard requirements) 1+ year of hands-on PPF install experience (paint protection film, NOT window tint, NOT vehicle wraps) Plotter / cutter software fluency — you can pick patterns, weed, and run the plotter without supervision Valid driver's license Willing to consent to a background check and drug test Can commute to Oakdale, CA Monday through
