As a member of our installation team, you will install custom window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, motorized products, exterior screens, and retractable awnings in residential and commercial settings throughout the Bay Area. We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, provide exceptional customer service, and represent our company professionally in customers' homes. Experienced installers will have the opportunity to work independently and lead installation projects. Apprentices will receive hands-on training from experienced team members while learning a skilled trade with long-term career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Install custom window coverings according to company standards Safely operate ladders, hand tools, and power tools Communicate professionally with customers and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site Ensure a positive customer experience on every installation Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working on ladders and in customers' homes
Preferred Experience:
Window covering installation Construction, carpentry, finish work, cabinetry, flooring, garage doors, solar, or other field installation experience
