Drift Wraps Auto Styling is a premier automotive restyling shop specializing in window tint, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, commercial graphics, and vehicle customization. For over 6 years, we've built our reputation on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Window Tint Installer who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to grow with a fast-paced automotive styling company. Position Overview The Automotive Window Tint Installer will be responsible for the preparation and installation of automotive window film on a variety of vehicles, including daily drivers, luxury vehicles, Teslas, exotic vehicles, and commercial fleets. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, coachable, and committed to delivering a premium customer experience through quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles Perform proper heat shrinking and film fitting techniques Prepare vehicles prior to installation Conduct quality inspections before vehicle delivery Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with shop operations and workflow as needed Follow company installation standards and procedures Safely move customer vehicles when necessary Communicate professionally with team members and customers Protect customer vehicles and maintain cleanliness throughout the installation process Qualifications Required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods Preferred Previous automotive window tint experience Experience with ceramic window films Experience shrinking rear windows Experience with Tesla vehicles Experience in automotive detailing, vinyl wraps, or PPF Passion for cars and the automotive industry Compensation & Growth Opportunities Compensation is based on experience, skill level, production quality, and efficiency.
