This is not an entry-level position —we're a quality-focused shop where details matter and shortcuts don't fly. If you're fast but sloppy, this won't be the right fit. If you consistently deliver clean, contamination-free installs , we want to talk. What You'll Do Perform full vehicle tint installations (side windows, rear glass, windshields when applicable) Handle prep work properly — cleaning, dust control, and environment setup are critical Cut and shrink film with precision (hand-cut and/or plotter) Install film with no contamination, gaps, or light leaks Work with a variety of films (ceramic, carbon, dyed, etc.) Inspect and perfect each job before delivery Maintain a clean, organized workspace What We're Looking For Proven professional window tint experience (required) Ability to consistently produce clean, high-end results Strong heat shrinking and cutting skills Experience with frameless windows and difficult rear windshields High attention to detail and pride in finished work Reliable, efficient, and able to work independently Nice to Have Experience with plotters (XPEL, SunTek, etc.) PPF or vinyl wrap experience Background in detailing or paint correction Experience working on luxury or exotic vehicles Why Join Us We focus on quality over volume Steady workflow with high-end vehicles Shop culture built around craftsmanship and standards Opportunity to grow with a team that values skill
