Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Glazier/Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing glass and related fixtures across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our clients' spaces. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install glass panels, windows, doors, mirrors, and other glass fixtures with precision and care. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform fabrication, assembly, and installation tasks. Perform heavy lifting of glass sheets and framing materials while maintaining safety protocols. Complete caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixture installation to achieve seamless finishes. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials, adhering to safety standards at all times. Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes for project planning and resource management. Proficiency with hand tools such as chisels, screwdrivers, hammers, and measuring tapes. Experience with glass installation techniques including handling large sheets safely. Familiarity with power tools like drills, saws, grinders, and pneumatic equipment. Construction site experience demonstrating adherence to safety guidelines and efficient workflow. Physical ability for heavy lifting and sustained manual labor during installation processes. $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
