In this role, you will be responsible for installing windows, performing finish carpentry tasks. Your expertise will ensure that each project meets highest standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, utilizing your skills in fabrication, installation, and finishing to create stunning results that clients will love. Responsibilities Follow Install document such as PMP's to accurately install windows, doors and trim. Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, assemble, and install various carpentry components with precision. Install glass panels securely within window frames, ensuring proper sealing with caulking. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as Windows, framing lumber and glass panels safely and efficiently. Complete exterior trim for doors and windows, and interior trim carpentry to achieve a polished finish. Conduct remodeling tasks including drywall finishing, painting touch-ups, and handyman repairs as needed. Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean work environment. Works well with team members on site to coordinate tasks during installation. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on window installation and finish carpentry. Skilled in using hand tools (saws, drills, chisels), power tools (nail guns, sanders), and fabrication equipment. Painting a plus, Caulking is required. Experience with glass installation techniques ensuring safety and durability. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes. Knowledge of construction painting, remodeling techniques, drywall finishing, caulking applications, door hanging, fixture installation, and handyman tasks is highly desirable and could increase salary. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on diverse construction sites. Valid driver's license required; reliable transportation required.
