AutoGlow Detailing is one of Northern Colorado's fastest-growing automotive protection shops, specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, Window Tint, Paint Correction, and Premium Detailing. We are looking for an experienced PPF Installer who can confidently perform high-quality installations with minimal supervision. We work on everything from daily drivers and luxury vehicles to exotic cars, performance vehicles, classics, and custom builds. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and production Employee and contractor opportunities available Performance bonuses available Consistent workload and growth opportunities Potential advancement into lead installer roles Responsibilities Install Paint Protection Film on customer vehicles Perform partial front, full front, track packages, rockers, pillars, and full-body installations Disassemble and reassemble vehicles when necessary Maintain clean, contamination-free installations Inspect work thoroughly before vehicle delivery Work closely with management and customers to ensure exceptional results Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements Professional Paint Protection Film installation experience

Ability to install front-end kits independently Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards Preferred Qualifications Experience with bulk installations Experience with pattern software Window tint experience Ceramic coating experience Paint correction experience Automotive detailing experience
