Job Description

Window Treatment Installer We are looking for a Window Treatment Installer for a growing and team-oriented window treatment company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, working independently, and delivering a great customer experience. What You'll Do As an Installer, you'll be responsible for completing residential window treatment installation projects, both interiors, while representing the company professionally in customers' homes.

On-Site What You'll Get:
$23-$30/hour depending on experience Company vehicle provided w/ reimbursement for maintenance and gas
Schedule:
M-F, 8:30am - 5:30pm 2 weeks of PTO in Year 1 prorated from start date, 5 sick days (after 90 day probationary period), and 8 paid holidays Comprehensive hands-on training provided, including a training weekend in Wisconsin Your Day to
Day:
Arrive between 8:30-9:00 AM depending on the first scheduled installation Load and organize your company vehicle for the day's installations Complete 2-3 window treatment installation projects per day, on average Depending on scope of job, assignments can range 1-5 per day Installations include interior and exterior window treatments Review and complete installation authorization paperwork Follow company SOPs and installation processes Use Google Calendar and CRM systems to manage schedules and job notes Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle Assist with shop cleanup, box breakdown, and recycling as needed Communicate regularly with the operations and scheduling team What We're Looking For Experience using power tools Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting materials 50+lbs. Strong attention to detail Reliable and self-motivated Customer-service oriented Able to work independently while staying connected with the team
