Job Description
True View Windows and Glass is seeking full-time Window Installer Helpers to support our window installation team in Westminster, CO. We are looking for dependable Window Installation helpers who have some experience in glass and glazing or window installation. Construction framing experience is beneficial. DOE Window Installation Helper Responsibilities Include:
- Support lead technicians.
- Tear out existing windows and doors from all types of residential construction.
- Install new windows and doors into new construction and existing openings using multiple installation methods and various hand tools.
- Ability to modify openings to standard construction standards.
- Identify parts needed to correctly perform and complete the work.
- Work side by side with the team.
- Be able to follow directions.
- Be able to work off a ladder, Lift or scaffolding.
- Help load materials needed for daily route.
- Clean all work areas to "better than arrival" company standards. Required Qualifications
- Pass a background and drug test.
- Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
- Construction background with framing experience a plus.
- Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to problem solve and effectively resolve conflicts.
