We focus on clean installs, premium service, and building a strong team culture. Position Overview We're looking for a skilled Window Tint Installer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work. If you can tint efficiently with minimal contamination and want to grow with a serious shop — we want you. Responsibilities Install window tint on all vehicle types (sedans, SUVs, trucks) Perform full vehicle tint jobs including:

Side windowsRear windshield (1-piece preferred)Windshield strips/full (when applicable) Heat shrink film properly on curved glass Maintain clean work environment Inspect work to meet shop quality standards Communicate with team and customers when needed Requirements Minimum 1-2 years experience in window tinting Ability to hand cut and/or use plotter Experience with ceramic films is a plus Must produce clean installs (low contamination, no major bubbles/creases) Valid driver's licenseReliable and punctual What We Offer High earning potential (100% tips for clean work) Consistent workflow Clean, professional shop environment Supportive team culture Bonus Skills (Not Required)Paint protection film (PPF)Vinyl wrapAuto detailing / ceramic coatingHow to
