We're looking for experienced installation technicians who know how to execute clean work under real-world conditions and take pride in getting it right the first time. What You'll Be Doing Install vinyl graphics, window displays, and branded retail environments Install and integrate LED lighting into displays and scenic builds Assemble and install fabricated components on-site Support trade show booth installations and event builds Work within active retail environments (malls, storefronts, commercial spaces) Adapt to site conditions and solve problems in real time Required Skills Proven experience installing vinyl graphics in retail or commercial environments Experience with LED lighting installation (basic low-voltage systems) Ability to assemble and install fabricated elements (wood, panels, scenic builds) Comfortable using power tools and standard installation tools Ability to read drawings and follow layout plans Strong attention to detail and clean finishing standards Ability to problem-solve on-site and adapt to real-world conditions Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or with a team Willingness to work early mornings, late nights, and long install days Ability to troubleshoot installation issues in real time Maintaining consistency across multiple install elements Preferred Skills (Bonus) Trade show booth installation experience Experience with branded environments or activations Retail storefront window display experience Experience working in malls or commercial spaces Familiarity with SEG graphics and frame systems Experience with dimensional signage installation Experience with mounting hardware and anchoring systems Ability to perform minor field modifications (cutting, fitting) Own basic tools and PPE Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Work Conditions 1099 independent contractor position Work often takes place early mornings, late nights, and after store hours Long installation days are common depending on project scope Projects located throughout Florida (primarily South Florida) What We're Looking For Reliable, skilled installers who take ownership of their work People who can think on their feet and adapt in the field Team players who understand timelines and deliver under pressure
