WINDOW & DOOR INSTALLATION HELPER

Monday-Friday; Saturdays Optional (Day Shift)
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented window and door installers to join our team. You will oversee residential and commercial installation projects from start to finish—including installation, finishing work, inspection coordination, and customer follow-up—while maintaining full compliance with Florida building codes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist in the Installation of impact windows and doors on residential and commercial properties
  • Perform trim work, finish details, and drywall/stucco repairs
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and troubleshoot installation challenges
  • Read and interpret construction plans, NOA paperwork, and building specifications
  • Measure, cut, and fit materials with precision
  • Operate construction power tools safely and effectively
  • Load, unload, and transport materials from vehicles to job sites
  • Meet with inspectors and ensure all work meets code requirements
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members throughout projects
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Proof of US work authorization
  • Minimum 2 years of experience installing impact windows and doors or similar trade
  • 1+ year of drywall and/or stucco repair experience
  • General carpentry skills and knowledge of construction best practices
  • Completion of relevant apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on training
  • Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Proficiency reading and interpreting construction documents
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with residential and commercial installations
  • Strong track record of customer satisfaction
