Window Treatments Installer Full-Time | $20-$30 per Hour (Based on Experience) Monday-Friday We are a small, team-oriented custom window treatments company serving the design trade. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Installer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precise, high-quality installation work and is comfortable working in client homes. Position Overview The Installer will be responsible for the professional installation of custom window treatments including draperies, shades (including motorized systems), other custom window treatments, and related hardware.

Responsibilities:

Install custom window treatments including draperies and decorative hardware, manual and motorized shades, and specialty window coverings Ensure installations are level, secure, clean, and professionally finished Measure accurately and verify dimensions on-site Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and workspace Provide professional, respectful service in clients' homes Qualifications The drive and ability to learn. We don't expect you to have experience in this field but to have the capabilities of learning and performing the work. Detail-oriented, neat, and organized Able to read a tape measure accurately Basic math skills Comfortable working on ladders Physically capable of lifting and carrying window treatment hardware and materials Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record Must be fluent in English Reliable transportation to and from work Strongly preferred but not required: Experience in precise installation work such as: Custom closets Cabinet installation Glass enclosures Trim or finish carpentry Compensation & Benefits $20-$30 per hour (based on experience) Paid holidays & paid time off after one (1) year of employment No health insurance or additional benefits offered at this time Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who takes pride in clean, precise work and understands that our clients expect high-end results.
