Window Treatments Install Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing custom window coverings including drapery, blinds, shades, and shutters in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Responsibilities Install custom window treatments including drapery, blinds, shades, shutters, and motorized systems Measure windows accurately for installation and custom orders Read work orders and installation instructions to ensure proper setup Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site Maintain clean and organized job sites before and after installation Communicate professionally with customers regarding installation timelines and product care Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Ensure all installations meet company quality standards Assist with service calls, repairs, and adjustments as needed Qualifications Previous experience in window treatment installation, carpentry, construction, or a related field preferred Knowledge of blinds, shutters, shades, and drapery hardware installation Ability to read measurements and use basic tools Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs Strong problem-solving and time management skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience with motorized or smart window treatments Finish carpentry or trim experience Familiarity with Hunter Douglas or similar brands Ability to perform basic repairs and adjustments Job Type Full-time / Part-time Pay Competitive pay based on experience

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
