Job Description

I. Objective 1. To help Firehawk fulfill its mission and vision by installing artwork, mirrors, TVs and other FF&E with precision and professionalism, so that every client's experience is remarkable enough to generate repeat business and referrals. II. Expected Results 1. Install at least 4 standard-sized pieces per hour with no quality errors (within the first 90 days of hire) 2. Consistently meet all Technician Code of Conduct standards 3. Interact with clients, coworkers, vendors and tradespeople in a way that generates positive feedback and no complaints 4. Maintain clean, organized and safe job sites from arrival to departure 5. Use correct body mechanics 100% of the time when lifting, carrying and climbing so everyone stays healthy and safe III. General Responsibilities 1. Install artwork, mirrors, TVs and other FF&E to client specifications with precision and care 2. Collaborate with team members to execute each project the way the client envisioned it 3. Handle, pack, load and transport artwork using proper technique so nothing in our care is ever damaged 4. Represent Firehawk professionally on every job site in ways that make clients want to refer their friends 5. Keep tools and supplies organized and pathways clear throughout every job 6. Other duties as assigned IV. Qualifications 1. Physical and Technical Qualifications a. Comfortable working at heights up to 15 feet on a ladder b. Able to stand, carry and walk for extended periods throughout a full workday c. Able to safely lift and carry a 40-pound framed piece unassisted d. Comfortable using hand tools correctly and confidently e. Able to read tape measures accurately f. Detail-oriented and able to maintain full focus and professional presence on every job site g. Client satisfaction VII. Work Hours and Location 1. A typical week ranges from 20 to 30 hours, not including drive time to and from job sites. Work is performed on-site at client locations throughout the Orlando area. Occasional travel to other cities is required. VIII. Compensation 1. We pay based on what you produce, not just the hours you log. Faster, higher-quality work moves you toward the top of the pay range. a.

$15-$20 per hour, based on production output b.
Mileage reimbursement:
$0.67 per mile c.
Tips:
available on residential projects d.

earned for repeat customers and client referrals
