Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Window Tint Installer, PPF (Paint Protection Film) Installer, Ceramic Coating Specialist, and Wrap Installer to join our dynamic automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing vehicle aesthetics and protection through precise application of window tinting, paint protection films, ceramic coatings, and vehicle wraps. Your expertise will help deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations while maintaining safety and efficiency standards. Duties Professionally install window tint films on various vehicle windows, ensuring flawless coverage and adherence Apply paint protection film (PPF) to protect vehicle paint surfaces from chips, scratches, and environmental damage Apply ceramic coatings to provide long-lasting shine and superior protection against dirt, chemicals, and UV rays Install vehicle wraps with precision to customize or change the appearance of vehicles according to client specifications Use hand tools and power tools effectively for surface preparation, cutting, fitting, and finishing installations Conduct vehicle inspections before and after installation to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Proven experience in dealership or automotive service environments with a focus on window tinting, PPF, ceramic coatings, or wraps Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive systems, glass installation, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and auto glass installation procedures is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and auto assembly equipment efficiently Knowledge of auto estimating software and heavy lifting techniques for handling large or heavy materials Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Prior experience in automotive repair or mechanic roles is advantageous but not mandatory Join our team and elevate your career by delivering top-tier vehicle customization services!
