Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Glass Storefront, Shower Glass, Install Helper to join our family & team. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in glass installation, fabrication, and remodeling projects. Duties Assist with the installation of glass storefronts, shower enclosures, mirrors, and glass railing related fixtures on commercial and residential projects Use hand tools and power tools to cut, measure, and assemble glass components accurately Support senior installers in handling heavy glass panels safely during transportation and installation Read blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings to understand project requirements Perform surface preparation tasks such as caulking, framing, trim carpentry, and drywall finishing as needed Help with metal stud framing, door hanging, fixture installation, cabinet setup, and remodeling tasks Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials on-site Skills Experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and fabrication processes Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, chisels), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and metal cutting equipment Knowledge of glass installation techniques and safety procedures for handling large panels Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting techniques Background in carpentry, drywall finishing, caulking, remodeling or handyman work is highly desirable Ability to follow detailed instructions from schematics or project plans Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills Join us to build a rewarding career in the glass installation industry! Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
