We specialize in frameless shower enclosures, mirrors, and custom glass installations for residential and commercial projects. We work with many of the largest builders in the region and are actively growing our operations, technology systems, and field teams. We are looking for motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Installer / Measure Technicians who want to grow long-term with the company. This is not just an installation position — we are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, communicate well with homeowners and builders, and can help us continue building a high-quality operation. Responsibilities Measure shower enclosures, mirrors, and glass systems accurately Install frameless shower doors, mirrors, and glass products Read plans and job specifications Load and unload materials safely Ensure high-quality installations and customer satisfaction Communicate with office staff regarding job progress and issues Maintain tools, trucks, and job site cleanliness Take job site photos and document completed work Troubleshoot installation challenges in the field Work safely and efficiently as part of a team Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and dependable Detail-oriented Professional with customers and builders Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to solve problems independently Mechanically inclined Team-oriented with a positive attitude Interested in long-term growth opportunities Preferred Experience Glass installation experience Frameless shower enclosure installation Measuring experience Construction or trade experience Ability to read a tape measure accurately Experience using tools and power tools Valid driver's license Ability to lift heavy materials safely What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Long-term career opportunity Employee-owned company (ESOP) Growth opportunities into lead installer and management roles Stable year-round work Supportive team environment About Prime Glass Prime Glass is building a long-term team and operational culture focused on quality, accountability, growth, and professionalism.
