Job Description
Experienced Glazier in Atlanta We are seeking a skilled and experienced Glazier to join our team in Atlanta. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, and replacing glass in various structures such as buildings, windows, doors, and showers. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass to fit specific dimensions and shapes
- Install glass in frames using putty or other sealants
- Secure glass to frames using clips, moldings or other attachments
- Replace broken or damaged glass in existing structures
- Take precise measurements and create templates for custom glass installations
- Able to work with various types of glass including tempered, laminated, and stained
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Glazier
- Knowledge of different types of glass and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or design plans
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
- Attention to detail and precision
- Good communication skills
