The Window Source of Atlanta & Athens is looking for a Field Technician / Measure Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on installation experience who wants steady income, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to stay in the industry without wearing a tool belt every day. What You'll Do Visit customer homes after the sale to verify all window and door measurements. Ensure orders are accurate before products are manufactured. Identify installation challenges and communicate solutions to the operations team. Assist with service calls and warranty inspections as needed. Document measurements, job details, and photos using company systems. Work closely with project managers, installers, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution. Represent our company professionally in customers' homes. What We're Looking For Previous experience installing replacement windows and doors. Strong understanding of residential construction and installation methods. Ability to read a tape measure accurately and identify potential installation issues. Excellent attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and manage a daily route. What We Offer Company truck provided.
