Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive enhancement team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint film to a variety of vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances vehicle appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for craftsmanship and precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization and skilled in various installation techniques. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and inspecting surfaces for imperfections before tint application. Measure and cut window tint film accurately to fit different vehicle makes and models. Apply window tint film using specialized tools, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes with precise alignment. Use hand tools, power tools, and heat guns to stretch, trim, and secure the tint film seamlessly around edges and contours. Perform vehicle inspections post-installation to verify quality standards, including checking for air bubbles or imperfections. Maintain a clean workspace by organizing tools, disposing of waste materials properly, and adhering to safety protocols. Assist with vehicle detailing, minor auto body repairs, or glass installation tasks as needed to support overall vehicle enhancement services. Experience Prior dealership experience or background in automotive customization is highly preferred. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology and auto glass installation is a plus. Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto body repair, or vehicle detailing enhances your suitability for this role. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, auto estimating procedures, and automotive repair processes is advantageous. Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment required for installation tasks. Experience working with auto glass or assembly processes related to vehicle maintenance is beneficial.
