Window Install Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, high energy laborer to join our window & door install team. In this role, you will assist with the installation of windows, doors, caulking, exterior & interior trim. This is a fast paced, high energy work environment. This is an entry level position with room to grow and has on the job paid training. Job sites typically change from day to day. Construction experience is a plus but not required. Our work zone ranges from Bonners Ferry ID to Lewiston ID. Responsibilities Assist in the installation of windows, doors , and related tasks according to project needs Use hand tools, power tools, caulk guns, nail guns, setting up safe and efficient ladder and plank setups Support heavy lifting and positioning of window units to ensure precise placement and secure fastening. 100lbs + Perform caulking, trim carpentry and to ensure proper sealing and finishing of installations Help with cleaning job sites and making sure all windows & doors are clean. Requirements Reliable transportation Must be able to work out of town Be able to lift 100lbs + Tool bags & hand tools Must be able to pass background check
