Window Treatment Installer - Interior & Exterior Boise Blinds | Boise, ID | Part-Time (with Full-Time Potential)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Boise Blinds is a premium window treatment company serving the Treasure Valley. We specialize in high-end interior shades, motorized systems, and exterior solar shades — and we've built our reputation on quality installs and clients who actually refer us to their friends. You'll be the face of our brand in client homes. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, and leaving every job cleaner than you found it. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Installing interior window treatments — blinds, shades, drapery hardware, and motorized systems (including MagnaTrack) Installing exterior shades and solar screens Representing Boise Blinds professionally in residential and commercial settings Coordinating with our office team on scheduling and project updates Delivering clean, precise installs on every job — no shortcuts

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

1+ years of experience in window treatment installation or a related trade (finish carpentry, construction, handyman work, etc.) Comfortable and confident with hand tools and power tools Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Sharp attention to detail — you notice what's off and you make it right Professional, friendly demeanor — clients will remember you as much as the product Self-motivated; able to manage your schedule and work independently

BONUS POINTS

Experience with motorized or smart home systems (we install MagnaTrack — training provided) Exterior shade or solar screen installation background Experience in high-end residential or luxury home settings

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay:

$20-$25/hr depending on experience

Schedule:

Part-Time | Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM This role starts part-time — the right person can grow into a full-time position
