Window Tint Installer / Tint Prep Technician

Overview Idaho Tint Lab is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our growing shop. We are hiring for a Window Tint Installer / Tint Prep Technician. Experience with tinting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. This is a seasonal position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as business continues to expand. What You'll Do Prepare vehicles for tint installation (cleaning, masking, surface prep) Measure and cut window film to fit a variety of vehicles Assist with or perform window tint installations (depending on experience) Ensure clean, smooth, bubble-free applications Inspect completed work and make adjustments as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all shop safety procedures Communicate professionally with team members and customers Assist with additional tasks like detailing or shop upkeep when needed What We're Looking For Tinting experience is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail Reliable and shows up on time Willingness to learn and take direction Good work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work with hands and stand for extended periods Valid driver's license preferred
