Reflections in Glass has been serving Chicagoland for nearly 40 years and is recognized as one of the area's most trusted names in custom shower doors, mirrors, commercial storefronts, and specialty glass installations. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and professional service. Position Responsibilities Install frameless shower doors and enclosures Install custom mirrors, glass railings, and specialty glass products Commercial storefront and entrance system installations Perform thermopane window installation and onsite reglazing Safely transport, unload, and handle glass materials Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Represent the company with professionalism and excellent customer service Qualifications Experience in the glass industry Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to lift and carry heavy glass materials safely Strong attention to detail and workmanship Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the company What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance bonuses Holiday pay Steady year-round work Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Work with one of Chicagoland's most respected glass companies Why Reflections in Glass?
