Job Description
We are hiring motivated individuals for a Glass Technician position working in commercial, residential, and automotive glass installation and repair. No experience is required — we are willing to train the right person. Experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply. Pay will be determined based on experience and skill level. Responsibilities Install and repair automotive glass including windshields, door glass, and back glass Install residential glass such as windows, mirrors, shower doors, and tabletops Assist with commercial glass projects including storefronts, doors, and glazing systems Safely remove and replace broken glass Use hand and power tools properly and safely Maintain clean job sites and company vehicles Provide professional customer service on job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards Requirements Valid driver's license preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying environments Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable transportation preferred Experience is a plus but not required Pay & Benefits Pay based on experience Training available for entry-level applicants Opportunity for advancement Full-time position available
