Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Siding and Windows Lead Crew member to spearhead installation projects, ensuring top-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a crew of installers in siding, window, and related exterior renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards Oversee the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment on-site Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks necessary for installation of siding panels, windows, doors, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and fixtures Conduct precise caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure weather-tight installations Manage on-site logistics including material handling, fabrication adjustments, and assembly of custom components Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times Skills Extensive experience with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication processes Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, glass installation techniques, and construction site safety practices Strong background in carpentry including frame carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, remodeling, and construction painting Knowledge of metal stud framing and fixture installation for commercial or residential projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining physical endurance throughout demanding workdays Handyman experience with general repairs and remodeling tasks on construction sites Familiarity with schematics for fixture setup or custom fabrication projects Excellent communication skills for team leadership and client interactions This role is paid in accordance with industry standards for skilled trades professionals.
