Foreman - Hardscaping & Fiberglass Pool Installations

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman specializing in Hardscaping and Fiberglass Pool Installations to lead our construction teams on exciting outdoor projects. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the full scope of pool and hardscape installations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate crews, manage resources, and ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications. Your expertise will drive successful project execution from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, including hardscaping and fiberglass pool installations, ensuring work is performed according to plans and safety standards. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and crew members to optimize productivity and workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide installation processes accurately. Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets design specifications and industry standards; address any deficiencies promptly. Maintain safety protocols by enforcing OSHA regulations Prepare and monitor project budgets, track costs using construction estimating tools, and manage contracts to ensure projects stay within scope. Ensure proper documentation of work through schematics, blueprints, and site reports; facilitate communication among team members through construction management software. Experience Operate heavy machinery (CDL not required). Proven supervisory experience in hardscaping or fiberglass pool installation projects within a construction environment. Strong background in construction site management with a focus on safety compliance (OSHA standards). Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent leadership skills with a history of supervising diverse teams; ability to motivate workers while maintaining high safety standards.
