Installation Manager - 5+ Years Window Treatment Installation Experience Required

Step up from installer to leader We're looking for a highly experienced window treatment installer who's ready to run jobs, lead a team, and set the standard . This role is earned through experience. What You'll Do Plan and run installation schedules Lead and develop a team of installers Be on job sites to ensure quality and pace Step into installs when needed (complex jobs, training) Solve problems and keep jobs on track Who This Is For 5+ years window treatment installation experience (required) Someone others naturally look to for guidance on job sites Ready to step into leadership and take ownership Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Work Structure Field-based leadership role Typical schedule: 40-45 hours/week Success = strong team, smooth installs, less reliance on you over time Compensation & Benefits $45/hour + overtime (1.5x) ~$100K-$120K total depending on hours Paid time off and holidays Health benefits (if applicable) Requirements 5+ years hands-on window treatment installation experience Proven high-level installation skill Experience guiding or training others preferred Valid driver's license Willing to travel throughout New England Bottom Line This role is for someone who knows window treatment installation at a high level, is respected for it, and is ready to lead from that foundation.
