Qualifications:
- 3 years of residential remodeling including trim and finish carpentry
- Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation,. cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash
- Established LLC or Business
- Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
- Worker's comp and Liability insurance
- Truck, trailer or van, and tools (must pick up materials from warehouse) The main duties include:
- Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures
- finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
