Lead Glass Shower Installer

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Frameless Shower Door Installer to oversee and perform the installation of high-end glass shower enclosures. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring top-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure, fabricate (as needed), and install frameless shower doors and enclosures Lead and manage installation crews on job sites Ensure all installations meet company standards, safety guidelines, and customer expectations Review project details, drawings, and specifications before installation Communicate clearly with customers, contractors, and team members Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on-site adjustments Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Train and mentor junior installers Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe at all times

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience installing frameless shower doors and glass systems Strong knowledge of measuring and layout for custom glass installations Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Experience with heavy glass handling and proper installation techniques Leadership experience or ability to supervise a team Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy glass (75-100 lbs or more with assistance) Comfortable working on ladders and in confined bathroom spaces Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with mirrors, glass railings, or commercial glass systems Familiarity with industry hardware and products OSHA safety knowledge or certification

$22.00 - $30.00 per hour
