Job Description

Position Summary:
If you are detail-oriented, reliable and have a pleasant personality we need you as an Installer. This role is responsible for the accurate and professional installation of custom window treatments in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in customer homes, and committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, and shutters. Drapery hardware and dressing drapes based on experience.. Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and installation instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in client homes. Communicate professionally with clients, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction. Troubleshoot issues onsite and adjust installations as needed. Perform minor repairs or service calls for adjustments or warranty issues. Load and unload products and materials from own vehicle. Accurately complete installation documentation and submit photos of completed work. Collaborate with sales/design team to ensure installation quality and customer expectations are met.
