We currently do not have an in-house window tint installer, so we're looking for someone who can confidently manage the entire process—from preparing the vehicle to delivering a high-quality finished product—with little to no supervision. We'll provide everything you need to succeed, including a clean, climate-controlled shop, window film, tools, plotter, equipment, and any necessary supplies. Your focus should be on producing exceptional work, maintaining a clean workspace, and helping establish Damon's Auto Salon as a premier destination for automotive window tinting. If you're an experienced installer who takes pride in your craftsmanship, enjoys working independently, and wants the opportunity to build and grow a tint department from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Install window tint on a wide variety of vehicles with high-quality workmanship Cut and install film using hand-cut methods or a plotter Shrink and fit film with clean, contamination-free installations Remove door panels and trim when necessary without causing damage Inspect every vehicle before delivery to ensure a flawless finish Keep the tint bay clean, organized, and fully stocked Communicate professionally with customers when needed Maintain our reputation for premium quality and customer satisfaction Requirements Previous professional window tint installation experience is required Able to complete full vehicle installations independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Experience with ceramic and carbon films is a plus Experience using a plotter is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay ($20-$30+ per hour based on experience) Performance bonuses available Paid training on our systems and processes Tools and materials provided Opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow Clean, climate-controlled shop Consistent workflow and supportive team environment Join us in delivering exceptional automotive customization services!
