Job Summary Xcel Wrap and Detail / Xcel Film Solutions is a growing automotive styling, protection, graphics, and architectural film company in Belgrade, Montana. We specialize in automotive window tint, commercial and residential window film, vehicle wraps, commercial window wraps, wall wraps, floor wraps, paint protection film, detailing, ceramic coatings, and custom graphics. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented installer who can help us continue growing our automotive, commercial, and residential film and wrap services. Position Overview This position is for an automotive and commercial window tint installer who may also be required to work with vehicle wraps, commercial window wraps, wall wraps, floor wraps, and other vinyl/film installation projects. The ideal candidate has experience installing automotive window tint and is either already familiar with, or willing to learn, flat glass window film installation, commercial graphics, wall wraps, floor wraps, and vehicle wrap installation. This is an extremely physically and mentally demanding job. Window tint and wrap installation require patience, discipline, focus, physical stamina, problem-solving, and the ability to stay calm and precise under pressure. This work can be repetitive, frustrating, hot, uncomfortable, and highly detail-sensitive. If you are not a tough, disciplined, reliable person who can handle difficult hands-on work without cutting corners, this is not the right position for you. This position may also require operating equipment and machinery used in a professional wrap, graphics, and film shop. Depending on experience and training, this may include learning to safely operate production equipment, tools, lifts, plotters, printers, laminators, and other shop equipment. Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, and other vehicles Install commercial and residential flat glass window films Assist with vehicle wrap preparation, production, and installation Assist with commercial window wraps, wall wraps, floor wraps, and other graphic installations Prep vehicles, glass, walls, floors, and surfaces properly before installation Shrink, cut, trim, align, and install film or vinyl cleanly and accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Inspect work for contamination, creases, gaps, lifting, alignment issues, and other quality concerns Communicate with the shop team about job status, material needs, issues, and timelines Help with vehicle intake, protection, cleanup, and final quality checks Follow company standards for quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Safely operate shop equipment and machinery as trained and required Assist with other shop tasks when needed Preferred Qualifications Experience installing automotive window tint Experience with commercial or residential flat glass film is a plus Experience with vehicle wraps, wall wraps, floor wraps, or commercial graphics is a plus Experience with paint protection film, detailing, or ceramic coatings is a plus Experience operating shop equipment, machinery, lifts, plotters, printers, or laminators is a plus Ability to work carefully around vehicles, glass, trim, seals, interiors, walls, floors, and customer property Strong attention to detail Reliable transportation Good communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and improve Pride in producing clean, professional work Requirements Must be dependable and show up on time Must be physically capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing, lifting, and working with your hands throughout the day Must be mentally disciplined and able to stay focused on detailed work for long periods of time Must be able to safely learn and operate tools, equipment, and machinery used in the shop Must be willing to learn additional skills, including vehicle wraps, commercial window wraps, wall wraps, and floor wraps Must be able to handle correction, feedback, and high standards Must be growth-minded and committed to continually improving your skill set Must be able to work in a fast-paced shop environment Must care about quality and customer satisfaction Must be willing to follow our processes and installation standards Must demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and a serious interest in joining the team Pay Pay is based on the experience, skill level, abilities, consistency, speed, and quality of work you bring into the company. $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
