In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, replacing, and repairing automotive glass with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure our customers' vehicles are safe, functional, and looking great. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in auto glass installation, vehicle maintenance, and automotive repair while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Remove damaged or broken automotive glass safely using hand tools and power tools Install new glass components with attention to detail, ensuring proper fit and seal integrity Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify additional repair needs such as auto body damage or mechanical issues Utilize dealership experience and mechanical knowledge to assist with vehicle diagnostics and minor repairs when needed Apply advanced techniques such as ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) calibration for enhanced vehicle safety and aesthetics Use auto estimating software to document repairs accurately and efficiently Perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky glass components or vehicle parts Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use Experience Prior dealership experience or hands-on auto glass installation background preferred Knowledge of ADAS systems, auto body repair, and vehicle maintenance is highly advantageous Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software is beneficial Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or automotive repair training is a plus Experience with auto glass replacement, assembly, detailing, and heavy lifting will set you apart Strong understanding of automotive repair processes combined with excellent attention to detail and safety practices Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
