Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows across various residential and commercial projects. Duties Follow Lead Installer instructions Measure window openings accurately using blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure proper fitment. Prepare window frames and surrounding structures by performing carpentry tasks such as frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and trim carpentry. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install glass panes securely within window frames. Apply caulking and weatherproofing techniques to seal windows against the elements effectively. Install various fixtures including doors, cabinets, and other remodeling components as needed for complete project completion. Perform heavy lifting safely when handling large or bulky windows and related materials on construction sites. Conduct quality checks during installation to ensure adherence to schematics, blueprints, and safety standards. Little Experience? We will Train. Skills Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools. Ability to perform remodeling tasks including construction painting and handyman repairs. Experience with construction site safety protocols along with heavy lifting techniques for physically demanding tasks.
