This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals looking to develop a career in a specialized trade. You will support lead installers in the precision fitment of high-end architectural window and door systems across the Charlotte area s most prestigious new home developments.Professional Qualifications Mechanical Aptitude:
Proficient in the use of basic construction tools and the ability to take precise measurements.Safety Consciousness:
Comfortable working at elevated heights and committed to maintaining a safe job site environment. Attention toDetail:
A "quality-first" mindset, ensuring every installation meets high aesthetic and functional standards.Reliability:
Valid driver s license and dependable transportation to navigate to various job sites (within a 45-60 minute radius of Charlotte).salary:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Precision Installation:
Execute the accurate placement and mounting of windows and door systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and architectural blueprints.Vertical Operations:
Perform installations at heights of 20-30 feet utilizing scaffolding, ladders, and powered lifts (scissor/boom lifts). Strict adherence to safety standards and harness protocols is mandatory.Technical Integration:
Utilize a variety of hand and power tools-including drills, nail guns, and pneumatic equipment-to secure units and ensure structural integrity.Weatherization:
Apply professional-grade sealants and flashing to guarantee energy efficiency and weather-tight performance.Site Logistics:
Manage site-to-site transitions every 2-3 days, maintaining a high level of punctuality and professional conduct across various project locations within the Charlotte perimeter. The essential functions of this role include:manual lifting up to 50lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeSkillsINSTALLING
