Job Description

About Us:
We are a trusted leader in window and door solutions, known for our commitment to quality and excellent customer service. We are seeking a skilled Window & Door Service Technician to join our team. This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing issues with windows and doors in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
Respond to service calls to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair windows and doors Diagnose operational issues such as leaks, alignment, hardware malfunctions, or performance concerns Make necessary adjustments, part replacements, or repairs to ensure proper function Document service work completed and communicate solutions with customers Provide professional, courteous customer service at every job site Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicle Travel to assigned service locations as required (this may require overnight travel
Qualifications:
Strong background in construction and/or carpentry (experience with windows and doors preferred) Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and follow work orders or technical instructions Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required) Open to travel for service calls Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship
