Work experience:

• 1+ years of graphics installation experience (your starting pay is increased based on your experience and skill).
• (Helpful) Previous sign shop, graphics industry, or vehicle wrapping experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Must work well in a team-oriented environment, have excellent communication, and a desire to learn and grow your skills.
• Must have a professional attitude and friendly demeanor when working with your teammates and our clients. Skills that you will be developing:
• Ability to install 3M/Avery color change film and 3M printed graphics on vehicles, walls, and windows free of tears, wrinkles, or bubbles.
• Ability to install signage, dimensional lettering, window frost and vinyl lettering.

Optional skills:

• Ability to take bumpers, mirrors, door handles, lights, etc. off of vehicles and put them back together is a big plus and may increase your starting pay.
• Graphic design skills are also valuable here, but not required.

Job duties:

• Arrive on time at 8am Monday-Friday ready to tackle the day's projects.
• Some days you will be working at our shop and some days you will be travelling with our team to install graphics at locations throughout NH, MA, and ME.
• Your job duties will include installing graphics on walls, windows, vehicles, etc. with support and guidance from your installation team.
• Your job duties may include professionally interacting with our clients to help accomplish our work to the clients satisfaction.
