As a growing company, we're looking for reliable and motivated installation crew members to join our team. From outdoor installations to indoor work, we're seeking individuals who are excited about getting their hands dirty to make a lasting impact on our customers' lives.What You'll Do:
- Perform installations for both outdoor and indoor projects (e.g., stoves, fireplaces, hot tubs)
- Lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 150lbs) as part of team installations
- Complete roof work and work at heights safely
- Utilize hand tools and power tools such as saws and drills
- Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- No call shifts, No night shifts, No weekend shifts
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 150lbs (team lifting available)
- Valid driver's license required.
- Basic knowledge of construction or prior construction experience preferred
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- No prior gas experience required—education will be provided to obtain necessary certifications and licenses
- Willingness to learn, with the opportunity for growth and advancement
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
