The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction practices, be comfortable working with hand tools, and have experience in glass installation. As a Window Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and energy efficiency of our clients' properties. Duties Install a variety of window types, ensuring proper fit and sealing to prevent leaks and drafts. Utilize hand tools effectively to perform installations and repairs. Collaborate with team members on construction sites to ensure timely project completion. Conduct thorough measurements and assessments prior to installation to ensure accuracy. Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process. Assist with cabinet installation and other related tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations. Requirements Proven experience in window installation or related fields such as maintenance person services or construction. Proficiency with hand tools and equipment used in glass installation. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions. Familiarity with construction estimating and project planning is a plus. Experience with drywall, construction painting, or other home improvement tasks is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
