About Us The Best Shades LLC is a growing window treatment company specializing in custom residential and commercial installations. We take pride in delivering high-quality results and are looking for a reliable, hands-on installer to join our team. Responsibilities Install roller shades, blinds, and drapery systems with precision and care Take accurate measurements and ensure a proper, clean fit Travel to various job sites and represent the company professionally Keep work areas safe, organized, and clean throughout each project Requirements Experience in construction, installation, or a related trade (preferred) Comfortable using basic hand tools and reading measurements Dependable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What We Offer Competitive pay: $20.00 - $40.00/hour Transportation to job sites provided Tools supplied — no need to bring your own Flexible scheduling based on project needs Professional development support Part-time and full-time opportunities available Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) 1 year of window treatment installation experience (preferred) English proficiency (required) Clean driver's license (required) Work Location In person — Paramus, NJ 07652 and surrounding Bergen County areas
