Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing their appearance, privacy, and UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through precise installation and vehicle care. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization and repair, with a focus on quality craftsmanship and safety standards. Duties Measure and cut window tinting films accurately to fit various vehicle windows Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and removing existing adhesives or debris to ensure optimal adhesion Install window tint films using hand tools, power tools, and specialized techniques to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish Inspect completed work for quality, ensuring proper alignment, tint uniformity, and adherence to safety regulations Assist with other vehicle modifications such as auto glass replacement, auto body repair, or detailing as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper handling and disposal of materials Follow all safety protocols during installation processes to prevent damage or injury Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive service background preferred Hands-on experience with window tinting applications and auto glass installation Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and auto body repair techniques beneficial Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) is a plus for understanding vehicle electronics during installations Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software advantageous Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing during installations Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and auto repair processes enhances overall performance in this role
