In this role, you will be responsible for installing windows, aluminum wraps, and related fixtures with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help enhance the aesthetic appeal and energy efficiency of residential and commercial buildings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your skills in fabrication, installation, and remodeling to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Duties Measure, cut, and assemble window frames and aluminum wraps using hand tools and power tools to ensure precise fit and finish. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Install windows, doors, fixtures, and trim carpentry components on various construction sites. Apply caulking, sealants, and weatherproofing materials to ensure durability and energy efficiency. Perform heavy lifting of materials such as glass panes, aluminum panels, and framing components safely and efficiently. Fabricate custom aluminum wraps and window components in the shop or on-site as needed. Conduct remodeling tasks including metal stud framing, drywall installation, painting, and cabinetry to support comprehensive project completion. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment skillfully while adhering to safety standards. Read schematics and blueprints for proper fixture installation and metal framing alignment. Assist with construction estimating by providing material needs and project timelines based on site assessments. Qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, glass installation, or related fields. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and assembly techniques. Strong background in construction site work including framing, carpentry, remodeling, or handyman services. Knowledge of schematics, technical drawings, metal stud framing, fixture installation, door hanging, cabinetry setup, and construction painting. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during installation processes. Familiarity with caulking techniques for weatherproofing and sealing applications. Experience working with glass installation or aluminum fabrication is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read schematics accurately.
