Job Description
Finish & Specialty Installer Full-Time | Commercial & Residential Specialty Installations Queensbury, NY We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined installer to join our growing installation team. This position focuses on specialty finish work including: Bathroom accessories Wire shelving & closet systems Lockers Visual display boards Fire extinguisher cabinets Cluster mailboxes Toilet partitions Custom closets Shower doors Specialty wall protection systems This is hands-on installation work for someone who takes pride in clean, accurate workmanship and can maintain a productive pace without constant supervision. Experience in finish carpentry, glass/shower door installation, millwork, commercial specialties, closets, cabinetry, or related trades is strongly preferred. Typical Schedule Generally 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Mostly indoor finish work Limited overnight travel Occasional Saturdays What We're Looking For Successful installers in this role are: Mechanically minded Detail-oriented Self-motivated Adaptable in the field Able to maintain a steady, productive pace Comfortable working independently or in small crews Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift and handle heavy materials including shower glass, partitions, and specialty products Construction installation experience preferred OSHA certification is a plus (training available) Commercial or residential experience is acceptable if you have strong installation skills and take pride in your work.
