Window Tint Installer

Glossworks is looking for a skilled and Experineced Window Tinter to join our team. This role focuses on the installation of window tint on variety of vehicles. It's a great opportunity for a car enthusiast who enjoys working around luxury and exotic cars and takes pride in clean, detailed work.

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

We are a busy, growing shop that specializes in high-end vehicles — from top-tier luxury brands to rare exotics — so quality and attention to detail are a must. We're looking for someone who's reliable, motivated, and passionate about the craft. We're not just looking to hire anyone — we want a team member who is committed to growing with us and staying long term. Bonuses are available, and pay raises are offered after 6 months based on performance.

Responsibilities :

Professionally tint car windows Prep & Clean surfaces correctly Clean and maintain an organized shop during downtime Provide transportation to customers using company vehicles Communicate effectively about project timelines and supply needs Inspect all vehicles for imperfections upon completion Able to lift heavy items (30+ pounds)

Requirements :

Experience at a previous shop or dealership is preferred, but not required Must have Window Tinting experience Must be able to show examples of previous work prior to being hired Must have strong customer service skills to foster long-term relationships Passion for high-end vehicles and attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license preferred

Pay:

$20.00 - $31.14 per hour
