In this role, you will oversee the installation process from start to finish, coordinate with team members, and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines. Your expertise in construction, carpentry, and glass installation will drive success on every project, making a visible difference in our clients' spaces. Responsibilities Lead and supervise window installation projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installations Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to schedule work and clarify project specifications Utilize hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to install windows, trim, doors Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks necessary for window and glass installations on construction sites Conduct site inspections to verify measurements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper framing, caulking, and finishing details Oversee the use of construction estimating techniques to manage project costs effectively while maintaining high standards Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and schematics for seamless remodeling or renovation projects Skills Extensive experience with blueprint reading and window and door installations Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, metal/wood stud framing equipment, and assembly techniques Strong background in glass installation, fixture setup, cabinet hanging, door hanging, trim carpentry Knowledge of carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry and heavy lifting techniques for large or awkward materials Hands-on handyman experience with remodeling projects involving caulking, metal framing, drywall finishing, and fixture installation Ability to read detailed schematics and technical drawings to guide precise installation work Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication to lead teams on complex projects This position offers an engaging environment where your craftsmanship makes a tangible impact.
